Sausage & sage stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, root vegetable puree

Panfried monk fish wrapped in parma ham –
Deep red wine reduction, lemon sabayon, steamed mussels, wilted spinach, wild fennel, & dill potatoes

Pan roasted duck breast –
Caramelised chicory, dauphinoise potatoes, plum puree, port & redcurrant sauce

Desserts

Traditional Christmas pudding –
Brandy sauce

Chocolate orange mouse –
Spiced brioche, lime sorbet, chocolate soil

Salted caramel tart -Macarons, praline cream, vanilla & ginger ice cream
